Will Romm will start working with you from day one to make sure that the house you want to build meets your expectations in every way.
Once you have chosen your house plan or a new design for your existing space, you will meet with Will to discuss any further changes you would like to make to meet your family's specific needs. After the plans are discussed, you will be given a final estimate so you know what you can expect your costs to be. If changes are made throughout the process, prices will be adjusted accordingly. The selection process is an exciting one for the customer. This is when you get to make the house your home. You will be given a budget so you have the freedom to make your own choices and select your own details from things like cabinets and countertops to fixtures and appliances.
You will have the opportunity to meet with Will regularly throughout the building process. In the final stages, you will have a walk-through with him to make sure everything is to your liking. After settling into your new home, you will have to opportunity to create a punch-list to share with Will so he can fix any imperfections you may have noticed in the first couple of months. Then, if you have purchased a brand new custom home, after a year has passed, he will once again check to make sure everything is still up to standard. Your home warranty may even take you beyond that point.
